Our
Quality Assurance program was developed to help
identify problems, increase interdepartmental communications,
and develop quality assurance controls on a daily
basis.Stein and Associates understands that keeping the facility in top condition, deficiency free, and in survey shape 365 days per year can be overwhelming. Our exclusive Quality Assurance program is designed to take the guesswork out of quality assurance and put it into a workable program that splits the burden across every department every day. The QA Program is implemented with a 3 tier rotation. Each pre-defined area is monitored by the department, then by administration, and finally by our consulting team. A total view of the facility is achieved every 3 months by every level of operation. Quality Assurance, means Quality Care. Our program will improve your survey results and place your facility among the top performers in your state.
